Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Sets to Expand Operation

Sinopec Group discloses that Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company, a unit, sets to expand production and output capacities will come to 41 million tons of refined oil and 2.2 million tons of ethylene each year; the capacities will jump by 78 percent and 120 percent.

Zhenhai Refining & Chemical is former Zhejiang oil refining plant and was established in 1975. It also has 45 million-ton deep-water terminals and 3.5 million-cubic meter warehousing facilities.
